Where do you live, and when should coverage start?

Marketplace plans and prices are set per county, not per state and not per ZIP. Almost a third of US ZIP codes cross a county line, so if yours does we will ask which side you are on.

Five digits. We resolve the county from it.

Open Enrollment for 2026 runs November 1 to January 15.

Enroll by December 15 for a January 1 start.
